Judging from the inbound traffic we see visiting the dna13 resource library, it's become fairly evident that marketers and communicators are eager to learn more about social media. In some instances, it's because they're struggling with data overload. For others, it's the abundance of new terms and technologies, alongside a considerable number of new, and unfamiliar metrics.
